Ellenby Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce a resolution of the legal dispute with FireKing Security Group and related companies. As part of that resolution, Ellenby has granted them a non-exclusive license of United States patent #7,779,983. The patent relates to smart safes and related products used in cash management systems by fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and other retailers. Terms were not disclosed.
